Van Gogh?


I did not know we had a Van Gogh in our neighborhood.

    And read An NSO Success Story, you'll learn how a builder can come in, even after the NSO passes, and knock that house down and build a +3400 square foot home in it's place. It has a picture too, of a house built in the Greenland Hills NSO by one of the same builders who built a couple of the houses on Santa Barbara. He bought the proerty after the NSO passed, worked within the guidelines of the NSO, scraped the lot and built a 2 storey home there.

    That is not a two story house. That is a 1.5 story house. A TRUE two story house has 8ft ceilings with no slopes. If the NSO is describing a two story then it needs to fit into what a true two story means. Another 6 feet up and that would probably make that a true 2 story.
